Dexter Beef in a Swanky UK Department Store?

The only thing I know about the Selfridges Department stores in the UK is based on the PBS mini-series of the same name, but I believe it's a pretty upscale operation. This makes it all the more a big deal that they are featuring grass-fed Dexter beef from a Northern Ireland producer, Bruce Hill a Cattle co. See the article here,
