For sale is a beautiful red, polled Dexter cow with her bull calf. She is registered with the ADCA. She is friendly, gentle and a small manageable size. She is a non-carrier of both Chondrodysplasia and PHA. Currently open. Here is a link to her online pedigree.
She was born 6/8/2013. She was weaned at 15 months so she has extra vitality.
She recently calved on April 10th. She has a healthy polled, dun bull calf. He is not registrable. We are currently working with her to train her as a family milk cow like her mother. Today I separated her from her calf for 2 hours and was able to get 2 quarts of milk. She is still learning the milking routine, but I think she is going to turn out to be a great milker.
