Brady was born 1-11-15 out of Dexter Downs Cracker Jack (ADCA #029438, sire Belle Fourche Apple Jack, dam Serenity Oak Farm Cafe) and Cave's Amelia (ADCA #036092, a descendant of Woodmagic Hedgehog III). Brady will be registered with ADCA, but he is parent-verified to be A2/A2 and a non-carrier of both chondro and PHA. He has been disbudded, has excellent conformation and an amiable disposition (likes to have his jaws scratched). He wore a collar and was led around some when he was young.
Amelia was milked during her first lactation (she's on her third now) and produced 2 gallons a day at her peak. She has a well-shaped udder, nice teats for hand-milking, her milk lasts 21 days in the refrigerator and tastes great. I have not milked her since her first lactation, but her calves grow at an excellent rate. Brady was about 300 pounds at four months old. The little feed in addition to milk he's had has been non-GMO alfalfa pellets.
I'm asking $1,200 for Brady, with half down now. He will be weaned at eight months and ready to go shortly thereafter. Call me at 501-316-2682 or email fourcreeksranch@sbcglobal.net. I can email you photos of him and his mama. We're in central Arkansas, a little southwest of Little Rock. Alice Hogsett
