Greetings from west central NM... Have been familiarizing with mini cattle & American Miniature horses for a couple of years now. As for the cattle ( a few) it makes good sense. As for the mini horses - I've shown, trained, bred appys - successfully - in my 'former' life, & will ALWAYS miss & love them... Minis may be my answer. At any rate I am prepping my area and acres for this adventure.

Welcome, minizrbest! I love my TWHs and my daughter's old QH and our grandkids' pony, but I sure wish I could miniaturize them! They destroy pastures that I want for our Dexters, so now we mostly keep them in a sacrifice pasture, poor things. Cattle are so much easier on pasture than horses are! Keep us posted on your adventure!
