Gene. . . was Ryder a blondish dun or a reddish dun? I cannot remember. She is cute. That herd of yours is growing by leaps and bounds. Heard any "good" news about Ivanhoe? I wonder how those pastures are holding up? You guys are in drought too aren't you? We have had two rains since . . . . .I can't remember since when. Stomp your foot here and a mini dust cloud surrounds it. I've never seen anything like this! Corn and Soybeans were pathetic. Some of the weeds were taller than the corn in areas of the fields adjacent to me.

Gene,
I have lots of beef prospects but all but one are intact. That one is just about old enough to be butchered and I was considering taking him with the others, but he is a long leg, and could use a couple months on good grass before butchering.
