I have a horned, black cow for sale. She hasn't got a polled animal in her back ground, for those of you who are looking for "traditional" blood lines. She is not a pet she is a pasture cow, who acts like a cow. She is a wonderful mother, with an excellent udder. I have decided that I don't want horned animals, she is 8 years old and I don't want to de-horn her at that age. She is obligate not chondro and non PHA. If you are looking for great confirmation and old bloodlines she's the cow, the caveat is that she is bred to my polled, dun bull, for a calf in early spring. I know it will be a good calf, you can beef or sell it for sure. She is Whistle R Josie, ADCA #017306, and she is bred to New Day Black Jasper, ADCA # 022300. Both parents are obligate not chondro and non PHA. I would consider trading for a polled female or a good steer with cash balance.

If only I didn't need to be buying a bull right now, I'd be heading over. Lovely gal.
