rhonda - We bought two of her heifers. You beat us to the dun heifer but we got the black one and her red Milking Devon / Highland heifer. I really love the red one, she looks like a Devon through and through and she was a bottle calf so she's super tame. I'm looking forward to her calving and seeing if she'll be worth milking.
The little black heifer is just that... little! She's solid as a rock, could have something to do with all the grain she was getting but she's not loosing any of that on our grass so far. She looks to be pregnant to me and the bull thinks so too. I'm expecting a calf out of her this year still. She's pretty solid and filled out but she's really short... shorter than a 1 year old heifer that we have. It will be interesting to see how she grows up.

I'm so glad all 3 girls got good homes! It was no lie when I said they were nice looking heifers. And the little bull found a good home also, by the way. The girl that bought him goes to state shows and wants to show him in the "exotic" class.
