I have a cow that is bred to calve July 24. This is my first cow, my first calving. I raise nubian dairy goats. Pre-kidding for goats I do BOSE and CDT. What do I do for her prior to calving to bolster her and her calves immunity? As far as de-worming goes, once she calves do you de-worm her? Thanks.

I'm not certain that you need to do anything pre-calving if the cow is on a regular vaccination and deworming schedule.
New calves here get Bo-Se and Vital E plus A and D within about 24 hours of birth. I'm in a selenium deficient area.
Your vet can recommend what to give her, if anything, before calving and when to deworm her (you could take a fecal sample for testing to see if it's needed). But I would definitely make certain she's in an accessible SHADED area...I don't envy you, calving in July in South Carolina. Hope all goes okay.
