Does anyone know if it is possible for me to send samples to be tested for colour from Australia? I have a black bull who MAY carry dun. Colour testing here in Australia is only available for black & red. Thanks, Andrea

I love UC Davis VGL, it is so user-friendly You set up an account with them first, click on the test you want and fill out the form with the animal information (your own information comes up automatically on the form). Then when ready to print, it comes out with the complete instructions, and includes the import permit. They are very quick with the test results too..marion

Thanks for the link - I have ordered a test & will pull some tail hairs shortly (Envoy's reaction I'm sure!!)

Thanks for the info on this test - I had the results within 8 days from taking the sample. In my opinion I think that's fantastic especially seeing it has gone half way around the world! Unfortunately the results weren't as good as the efficiency - Envoy does not carry the dun gene.
