I looking for opinion and criticism on how this bull looks. He has a strong pedigree. I just looking for feedback as I am considering him as my herd Bull, Attachments:

I like the masculinity of this bull, and I like certain features on their own, but when put all together, I don't love how this bull looks.
But that doesn't mean that he wouldn't be a good bull.
Consider these 2 options:
Bull #1 Is an amazing-looking bull but he comes from mediocre parents and mediocre grandparents
Bull #2 Is reasonable with no fatal-flaws. He has a certain amount of awkwardness and isn't very handsome, but he comes from 2 amazing parents and 4 amazing grandparents.
Both bulls are only going to give 1/2 of their genes to calves. Bull #1 likely has lots of mediocre genes. Bull #2 likely has lots of excellent genes.
I'd likely go with bull #2 rather than bull #1 (even though bull #1 looked better).
My ultimate preference would be bull #3
1. Amazing parents and grandparents 2. Great looking himself 3. Heavily linebred (which will make him prepotent, throwing calves with his stamp of excellence).

Not to be mean or blunt, but from THAT picture, he is not herd site material. PM me if you would like for me to go in detail. I hope you find the Bull you desire.

I have to agree with the above, while he has some nice features, he doesnt appear really well balanced.
I think you are able to better work with the less desirable traits if you have balance and structure to begin with.
