Im betting on a non-carrier too.
Our [only to date carrier] doesnt have that "gazele look" but our 4 non-carriers did. (they have already been tested)
The carrier babies tend to look very chunky, meaty and very well boned for such a youngun'.
And personally, I would be watching him - he looks like a well balanced representative of his breed so far. Very nice little man - congratulations!

Today we hit 75 with sunshine, woo hoo! And it's supposed to be sunny and upper 60's for the next few days. One thing about places with snowy cold winters...when spring happens it happens in a hurry! We'll probably be on track to get them out on the pasture mid-May, our usual time.
I think this one is going to take a chondro test to be sure, at least at the early age. He has the wobbly rear hips that we usually see with young carriers but yes he does have a less chunky build than most of our chondro boys start out with. I pulled the hairs so I'm ready to send them in along with a bundle of others.
Thanks for the nice compliments, we're going to watch and see how he develops.
