Judy, Here is a link to a study of Czech cattle breeds that indicates (for their study), a value of 77 bp at TGLA227 was unique to the Charolais cattle breed. So, if this study is an accurate representation, we would not expect to see a value of 77 bp at TGLA227 in the Dexter breed, unless there was introgression from Charolais (or Charolais crossbred) at some point in time in that herd. ijas.ir/main/modules/content/index.php?id=31Patti
