I know it's not a great picture. The grass is tall and he's "talking" to the girls a few pastures. He just turned 2 in March and I don't have a picture of his dam's udder but she is a "family milk cow". Her owner actually keeps several Dexters that she milk on cow shares.

He really does want to be with the girls doesn't he Cheeky little thing. He looks like he has had some fun with dirt - but where that would be on your beautiful green property is a wonder. And his horns look like they are already turning white with black tips...................we love them with horns

Lindon, I wondered what those things were on his head. When we bought him, I was told that he was dehorned

Well that job wasnt done very well then Personally we are horn lovers and his look great - for a job that may or may not have happened / was successful. How are you finding him with his horns? Are you sorry they grew? Donna

Donna, no, we're not sorry his horns grew. He has always been a gentleman so they haven't been a problem. I'll try to remember to take a picture tomorrow from the front.

For those into horns, this is the sire of 3 of our girls. He is 12 next month, so if you keep those fine bulls for another 10 years or so, this may be what you're in store for. He is a big part of why I bought our dexters. As someone that knew nothing I was so impressed by this mini-tank that was ruling his pasture. Joel
