What a spectacular "spread" ! Out west here in Utah , nothing hardly ever gets that green unless you go above 7,000 feet in elevation, or irrigate like "crazy". Nice to see different circumstances in different parts of the "Dexter world". Thanks Gene.

Very nice Gene! I don't see any fence, or Dexters, so I hope you hay the grass area around your house

Really nice place Gene....How many acres does this cover?...I wanted a pond/tank put in but we only have 15 acres and I think we would get too many UNWATED critters....We already have too many deer on our place!...Thanks...Donna J.

WOW! We have always loved your area of this country. PS: We can probly ship you 2' of snow for that pond when I clean ours off this weekend. I will even through in a zip line and slide if that helps.

What a beautiful home Gene. Please tell me there are fish in the pond. A warm afternoon, an old fishing pole, a glass of sweet tea, and my spot sitting right there on the edge of that dock. Add some dexters grazing in the field and good company, and it's a perfect day. I wouldn't even care if they weren't biting.

Really nice to see the "homestead" Gene, that's a great pic! Looks like you've got more pasture hiding under those trees, I'll bet you could squeeze in a few more dexters!

Yes!! Gene I knew there'd be fish. I grew up catching bass and catfish out of the creek and over on the South Branch with my family. The hours we spend wading waist deep while trying not to lose our bait when we fall in. And someone always does at least once. LOL We are definitely on for some time this summer. The bream will be new. What fun!! I see the swing now, and that's good going on the gazebo; all those angles. It is a beautiful spot. And the yacht sounds fun too. Ours was always an old flat bottom that came complete with a set of oars and a small bucket to bail with. Lately we've upgraded to a canoe after hitting one too many big rocks coming down the rapids after dark. The paddle is much easier than the oars but I've noticed we are going to need another bucket soon. We'll bring the tea.

Hey, Do I remember right that there is a dexter show scheduled down in your area this year? It seems to me I read something about it but I don't remember what post it was in.

Your place looks great from above, Gene. Of course, it was also very nice from the ground with your excellent herd of cattle.
