Just curious, is Legacy-UCD the only testing site that offers the obligate reports?

Hi Jennifer, I've been hoping someone who was more familiar with the other choices/labs would answer your question but since no-one has I'll give it a go. AS FAR AS I KNOW, Yes Legacy-UCD is the only one offering Obligate Reports. Hopefully if someone knows different they will let us know.
Personally I am a huge fan and have posted about this program many times trying to get the word out and let other breeders know. They cost only $2 ea and are available for PHA/Chondro/A2.
The dexter must first be genotyped and parentage verified to use the program. And of course their parents must have been tested themselves to qualify. Last year I fully tested a heifer for $31.00.
Genotype and parentage verification ...25.00 A2......................................2.00 Chondro.................................2.00 PHA.....................................2.00 Total..................................31.00 testing fees
Add 20.00 for ADCA Registration and she was tested and registered with both ADCA and Legacy for a total cost to me of only $51.00.
And I tell you another reason to use the program is the fact that you have a written document showing the animal's status. Prospective buyers really like this.

Thanks everyone. I was beginning to worry that this board was going to fail me with an answer, but I should have known better. Probably everyone is out till late and just doesn't have much time. I know that is the summertime routine in our house.
I will probably have a few more questions coming soon, but so far so good. Thanks.

Based on the federal regulation where founding period is specified a grantee may charge only allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during the funding period to the award.
