Thanks Holly! I totally agree with you. We've kept two of Winestock OBMA Sammy daughters, both of them are black and carry red, both horned, both PHA-free; one is a chondro-carrier and homozygous for A2 Beta Casein (A2/A2) and the other is a non-carrier of Chondro and heterozygous for A2 Beta Casein (A1/A2). Both have long, deep bodies, great personalities, and amazing silky, dense, fine hair coats.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to why this guy hasn't been snapped up down there, looks like they are missing a bull that throws some really nice deep bodied calves.

Here is what Winestock OBMA Sammy looked like when he was only 2-months old. He was such a cute, sweet, little red wooly boy!

I went and looked at Sammy yesterday. Pictures are accurate, he is a nice looking bull with a great temperament. He will be a great addition to a heard. He is being sold so they can keep his heifers. The only reason I passed is the timing is poor for me. I don't need a bull until 2016 and picked up some steers so have limited grass. I spent all night trying to figure out how to work pastures, exiting animals, steers I've committed to buying and Sammy for the next year. Nada.
One important point, price is $1,500
Someone is going to get a great animal.
