My teeny tiny 9 month old bull, just decided he was going in to the big heifer pasture. We've had him less than a week. He went over or under or through the fence of his temporary pasture, then under the hot wire in to the big girl pasture and introduced his awesome self. There was running and bucking and happiness all around. Three hours later, he decided it was time to start mounting them. Got them while they were laying down and it was just right for his tiny little self. Whoever told me that, I actually thought you were joking! The heifer was like, "What the heck???" So all is good! Or going to be. I didn't think anyone was in heat right now...

He must have figured you didn't know what he was supposed to be doing so he "took the bull by the horns," so to speak.

I mentioned he may go through your fence. We have a double wood corral fence, with a hot wire on the Bulls side. That kept him out until we were ready for him to join the girls. I agree with Susan it does look like your guy is doing things his way
