I leased out my bull and was reading about his first few hours at their farm, however he is not behaving as he does at home. I don't think a bull can "pretend" to be docile, do you? I am curious to know if this is abnormal behavior for an animal or just poor planning and preparation?
I have since had a chance to communicate with them and things seem to be settling very nicely. Thanks.

I think it's just being in a new place. Sounds normal. Our "herd" is only interested in the new grass I'm going to move them to each day but the 3 new cows we got are very interested / scared of everything that our other cows ignore now. I'm sure that with time they'll mellow out too.
