Wellllll we (meaning Candy) finally have a calf, he is now two weeks old and doing well, we call him JR JR, because Tina the Angus Cow's calf is called Jr. and he looks like a smaller version of him, only his head is much cuter, more like a Dexter.
If I could figure out how to post pics I would show ya all.
he is black mostly, being a cross he does not look much like a Dexter. his fur is sort of a Hershey brown color, most likely because his mom is a lick a holic.
He is cautious but sweet, unlike our Angus bull calf, I will be sorry to put this little guy in the freezer.
